      N-溴代丁二酰亞胺(NBS)與聚苯醚(PPO)進行溴化反應,合成了溴化率為15%的溴化聚苯醚(BPPO). BPPO再與4-羥基查爾酮(4-HC)反應合成了光敏性聚苯醚(PPPO),并通過UV光照射合成了光交聯型聚苯醚(cPPO),利用1H NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis, TG和拉力測試對聚合物結構和性能進行表征. 結果表明:光交聯可提高聚苯醚的耐溶解性和機械性能.
英文摘要:
      Polyphenylene oxide (BPPO) with a bromination rate of 15% was prepared by the reaction of polyphenylene oxide(PPO) with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS), and a photosensitive polyphenylene oxide (PPPO) was synthesized by the reaction between BPPO and 4-hydroxy chalcone(4-HC). After UV irradiating, photocrosslinked polyphenylene ether (cPPO) was produced, and the chemical structures and the properties of the polymers were investigated by 1H NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis, TG and tensile testing. The results showed that photocrosslinking could improve the solvent resistance and mechanical properties of the polyphenylene ether.
