      從紅法夫酵母提取了葡甘露聚糖、蝦青素并制備了葡甘露聚糖-蝦青素(GM-ASTA)復合物,對其進行了紅外光譜、熱失重(TGA)分析和分子對接模擬分析,探討了GM-ASTA復合物對黃曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)致肉仔雞肝損傷的影響.結果表明:葡甘露聚糖和蝦青素形成了復合物,前者主鏈通過范德華力和靜電力與后者緊密結合. GM-ASTA復合物能顯著地改善AFB1導致的肉雞肝損傷后果,具有吸附并解除AFB1毒性的雙重功效.

      Glucomannan(GM) and astaxanthin(ASTA) were extracted from Phaffia rhodozyma and their GM-ASTA complex were prepared and investigated by infrared (IR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and molecular docking simulation analysis. The effects of ASTA complex on aflatoxin B1 (AFB1)-induced liver injury in broilers were also discussed. The results indicated that a complex was formed by GM and ASTA,which was combined by van der Waals and electrostatic forces between the GM main chain and ASTA.GM-ASTA complex could significantly improve the liver injury induced by AFB1 in broilers and had the dual effects of absorbing and removing AFB1.
