      為研究肺形草的化學成分,采用硅膠柱色譜、葡聚糖凝膠Sephadex LH-20、反相高效液相制備色譜對該植物的乙酸乙酯層進行分離純化,通過1H NMR和13C NMR波譜技術進行結構鑒定.結果表明:從乙酸乙酯層中分離得到了8個化合物,分別鑒定為2'-acetamido-3'-phenylpropyl 2-benzamido-3-phenyl propionate(1)、1, 3, 5三羥基口山酮(2)、3-羥基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯(3)、咖啡酸乙酯(4)、鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯(5)、1, 7-二羥基-3, 8-二甲氧基口山酮(6)、morroniside(7)、1, 3, 7-三羥基-4-C-β-D-葡萄糖基呫噸酮(8).其中化合物1~5為首次從該植物中分離得到.

      To investigate the chemical constituents of Tripterospermum chinense, the EtOAc extract of the whole plant were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS-HPLC. The structures of the constituents were identified by 1H NMR and 13C NMR. The results indicated that eight compounds were isolated from the extract and identified as 2'-acetamido-3'-phenylpropyl 2-benzamido-3-phenyl propionate(1), 1,3,5-trihydroxyxanthone(2), 3-Hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid methyl ester(3), ethyl caffeate(4), dibutyl phthalate(5), 1,7-dihydroxy-3, 8-dimethoxyxanthone(6), morroniside (7), lancerin(8). The compounds 1?5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
