      利用廉價易得的N,N,N",N"-四(2-羥乙基)乙二胺(THEED)與四丁基碘化銨(TBAI)組成二元催化體系,催化二氧化碳(CO2)與環氧烷在常壓下進行耦合反應.系統探討了溫度、助催化劑等因素對反應的影響,得到最佳的反應條件為:催化劑用量n(THEED:TBAI)=1:4, 反應溫度60℃,反應時間24h。在最佳條件下,THEED與TBAI共催化活性最好。合成的環狀碳酸酯的產率達90%以上,產物的選擇性均達到>99%。
英文摘要:
      Coupling reaction of CO2 and alkylene oxides was catalyzed by the system of N,N,N",N"-tetra(2-hydroxyethyl)(THEED) ethylenediamine and tetrabutyl ammonium iodide (TBAI) to produce value-added cyclic carbonates without any solvent under atmospheric pressure. The influence factors on the reaction as temperature, cocatalyst, etc., was systematically studied to obtain the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: catalyst dosage n(THEED:TBAI)=1:4, reaction temperature 60℃,reaction time 24h. Under the optimum conditions, catalytic activity of THEED/TBAI reaches the best. The yield of synthetic cyclic carbonate is over 90%,the selectivity of the products achieves >99%.
