      為研究藏藥寬筋藤的化學成分,利用溶劑提取法,正、反相硅膠柱色譜和半制備高效液相色譜法對其乙醇提取物進行分離純化,并根據波譜數據確定化合物結構。結果表明:從寬筋藤乙醇提取物中分離得10個化合物,包含6個酚類以及4個生物堿類化合物,其結構分別鑒定為:對羥基苯甲醛(1),香草醛(2),香草乙酮(3),異莨菪亭(4), 香草酸(5),丁香酸(6),偽巴馬汀(7),trans-N-coumaroyltyramine(8),trans-N-feruloyltyramine(9),trans-N-feruloyl-3¢-O-methyldopamine(10)?;衔?、4和 10為首次從寬筋藤中分離得到。

       To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Tibetan medicineTinospora sinensis(Lour.) Merr., the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extraction method,the normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis. The results indicated that 10 compounds, including 6 phenols and 4 alkaloids, were isolated from the ethanol extract of T. sinensis, which were identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(1),vanillin(2),acetovanillone(3),
